  1. Delivery Charges:
  • A flat rate delivery charge of £12.00 + VAT is applicable to all orders, unless specified otherwise.
  • Orders exceeding £360 in value qualify for free delivery.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as MVHR filters, benefit from free shipping
  1. Lead Time:
  • The estimated lead time for each product can be seen once you have selected all product attributes.
  • Orders will be shipped with the longest lead time item in one consignment.
  • Only MVHR filters are stocked, all other filters are made to order.
  1. Shipping Partners:
  • We primarily use DPD and Royal Mail for delivery, but other couriers such as DX shipments or Evri might be used for bulkier items.
  • We provide a tracking reference when your order has been dispatched.
  1. Additional Fee for Residential Addresses:
  • For media rolls measuring 2 meters or more, if the delivery address is residential, an additional fee may apply.
  • This surcharge covers the specific handling required for larger items being delivered to residential locations.
  1. Collection Option:
  • You have the option to collect your order from our factory in Shaftesbury.
  • Kindly arrange your collection with us in advance, ensuring your order is prepared and ready upon your arrival.

Lead Time

The lead time for each item is displayed on the product page once you have selected all the attributes. You can also view the lead time of each item once you have added it to your cart. All orders will ship as one consignment, so they will be dispatched with the slowest lead time item. All lead times are estimated and subject to change, however, we will try to ship orders as soon as possible.

  • Our return window extends for 30 days from the date your order is shipped.
  • We only accept returns on standard sized products, returns are not accepted on custom size products such as bag filters.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  1. Definition of Standard Sized Products:
  • Items purchased directly from our website are generally classified as standard sized products.
  • Please note that bag filters are an exception, as they are customized and made to order.
  1. Return Condition:
  • Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging should be included.
  1. Return Process for Bag Filters:
  • Bag filters, being custom-made, are not included under our standard return policy. We do accept returns on limited sizes.

  • Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any relevant information.
  1. Shipping Costs:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or erroneous shipments.

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect its condition and compliance with our policy.
  • We endeavour to process returns within 2 business days after receipt.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may vary based on your payment provider’s policies.

  • We will process exchanges after assessing the returned item.
