For use as a pre-filter or a medium efficiency standalone filter in HVAC systems. Durable and fully washable, making it a cost efficient solution.

High dust holding capacity makes this ideal for use in high dust systems like carpenters’ workshops, automotive and metalworking.

High paint holding capacity for both wet and dry overspray. Ideal for use in the automotive industry, furniture spraying and model spraying.

We manufacture and sell a whole range of panel filters for all applications from paint spray booths to pre-filtration for higher-grade filters and standalone HVAC filters.

The G4/EU4 Pleated Panel Filter is constructed with either a moisture-resistant cardboard case or a galvanised steel frame. The G4/EU4 media is a non-woven synthetic fabric which is pleated to increase filter surface area supported by steel mesh to hold its shape. It is often used as a pre-filter to higher grade filters such as a bag filter or used as a standalone filter as HVAC for offices, retail, hospitals, food manufacturing/processing, hot air furnaces and air conditioning applications. These panel filters are disposable and economical for high volume air handling systems.

The G4 Aero Poly Pleated Panel Filter is constructed with a galvanised steel frame and poly fibre pleats bonded to the frame. The media in high lofted synthetic polyester which offers a very high dust arrestance and dust holding capacity. It is ideal to be used as a pre-filter to extend the life of higher efficiency filters or as a standalone medium efficiency filter. It is ideal for use as pre-filtration for automotive paint booth applications, as well as other industries and applications such as HVAC for offices and other commercial buildings. This filter is completely washable and highly durable making it a very cost efficient filter in the long run.

The G3/EU3 Glass Panel Filter is constructed with a moisture-resistant cardboard case containing an oiled fibreglass pad. The G3/EU3 glass panel has a high dust holding capacity making it suitable for carpenters workshops, automotive industry, metalworking and general air conditioning. These panel filters are disposable and economical.

The Dry Glass Panel Filter is constructed with a moisture-resistant cardboard case containing a dry fibreglass pad. The Dry Glass Panel is used as a paint arrestor for any wet or dry overspray in spray booths for car, furniture and other applications. These panel filters are disposable and economical.

Our G3/EU3 Glass Panel Filters and Dry Glass Panel Filters can also be constructed with a galvanised steel case where a more robust filter is required. All three of our Panel Filter variations can be constructed in non-standard sizes. They can also be constructed with a beverage board case for where a higher degree of moisture resistance is required.

Frequently asked questions

What is a panel filter?

A panel filter is a cost efficient air filter that removes dust and contaminants from the air.

Why are some filters pleated?

The pleated media allows for an increased surface area, therefore increasing the volume of air that can be processed and the amount of contaminants and dust the filter can hold prolonging the life of the filter.

What are fiberglass panel filters?

Fibreglass panel filters are a low grade filter designed to capture dust and other larger particles in the air and have a MERV rating of up to 6. Dry glass panel filters are designed to capture wet and dry paint overspray.

Why are air filters important?

Air filters are important as they clear potentially harmful contaminants from the air as well as dust and allergens such as pollen.

What is the main advantage of a pleated panel filter?

The main advantage of a pleated panel filter is the increased air volume they can process and the increased life-span of the filter.

What happens if you don't change your furnace filter?

If you don’t change your furnace filter, the air draw will be reduced casing the furnace to overheat. Dirty furnace filters can cause your furnace to work harder as it has reduced airflow.

How often should you replace an air filter?

A panel filter should be changed every 3 to 6 months. This time may be reduced if the filter is operating in a dirtier environment.

How often should a low efficiency panel filter be changed?

A low efficiency air filter, such as a panel filter, should be changed every 3 to 6 months. This time may be reduced if the filter is operating in a dirtier environment.
