We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £12 plus VAT, excluding certain items such as our MVHR filters which include free shipping. MVHR filters are sent via Royal Mail 24, all other orders are sent via next day couriers such as DPD and Tuffnells. Orders will be shipped as one consignment, sent with the slowest lead time item.
Media rolls measuring 2m or more will incur an additional fee if the receiver address is residential.
We accept returns on all standard sized products for 30 days after your order has been received. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition. Any item ordered directly from our site is considered to be a standard size.
